WELDING

Our qualified staff welds using MIG, MAG, and TIG methods. We produce weldments up to a total weight of 25 tons. We work with S355, S690, and abrasion-resistant materials.

We check welded joints by non-destructive methods (VT, MT, UT).

PROCESSING

Weldments are machined on WHN 13 machine tools. Workpiece limit dimensions are W-800, X-3500, Y-2000, Z-1250 mm, and it can weigh up to 12 tons.

We also offer machining on lathes, milling machines, and honing machines

ASSEMBLY

We carry out the assembly of machine parts, which consists of installing hydraulic elements and other components. This assembly is carried out based on customer documentation.

PAINTING

We offer the provision of a complete wet coating system in a painting box measuring 14.7 m x 5.6 m x 4 m.

Of course, we prepare the surface before painting in the Sandblasting box.
